Pastor Phil & Nancy Lyons

Pastor Phil is a 1979 graduate of Kenneth Hagin's Rhema Bible Training Center and is a member of Rhema Ministerial Association Intl. and also Impact Intl. Fellowship of Ministers.

On Septemer 5, 1997 the Lord spoke a word to Pastor Phil concerning the Glasgow, Ky. area.  He said "There are multitudes in the valley of indecision and confusion and in the junk heap of life that I want to raise up and set free."  The Lord said that He wanted a Safe Place and a refuge where hurting people with any problem could come and be loved and accepted just like they are and be given time to grow while they learn who they are in Christ Jesus.  On May 7, 1998 the first service was held at Restoration Church.  Healing and restoration is what has been taking place since that time as people come and experience the unconditional love of God and begin to see Him as He really is.  Our Vision in a nut shell is to "Reach Em", "Teach Em", & "Put Em To Work".   This year we're reaching out with everything we have.  This is a year of Healings and Miracles.   One of  the most common things you hear people saying around here is, "This is exactly what I've been looking for."  Come worship with us soon, you may be saying the same thing.
